drupal content type import/export

drupal is so powerful, has so many features (and the backend UX for version 6 and sooner is not great) that sometimes features are missed. i was looking for a CCK import/export module and then read that there are existing 'export' and 'import' tabs when you go to admin >> content types . handy!
